Ali is an experienced operator and builder with a background in AI-native services, regulated markets, M&A, strategy, and finance. He pioneered AI-native regulatory services for healthcare companies operating in complex European markets, and has led consulting engagements across the UAE and Berlin for over 10 years, advising on projects with a combined value of USD 1B+, across due diligence, fundraising and strategic finance. At Avalon, Muhammad leads commercial strategy, client partnerships, and business operations due diligence, helping enterprises identify where AI can create measurable value and where execution risk needs to be controlled. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and is a CFA as well as a US CPA charterholder.
Alain is an enterprise transformation leader with deep experience in AI-native operating model design, capability ownership, and large-scale execution. He has led strategy, transformation, and operating model engagements across Europe for more than 8 years, with particular experience in Germany and the Benelux across regulated infrastructure, automotive, and FMCG. At Avalon, Alain leads product strategy and enterprise execution, turning organizational strategy into accountable workflows and delivering agentic AI across procurement, order-to-cash, and software development processes. He holds an MSc from Bocconi University and serves as a board member at Mercedes-Benz.io.

Syed is a software and cybersecurity leader with experience across secure systems, infrastructure, technical resilience, and enterprise-grade compliance. He led software and cybersecurity at PsiQuantum and has architected and operationalized the NIST Cybersecurity Framework across a multinational organization, enabling the business to pursue government contracts without security friction. At Avalon, Syed leads technology architecture, security, and deployment design, ensuring AI systems are built around access control, data privacy, operational continuity, and enterprise compliance requirements. He is CISA-certified and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Toronto.
